At Rosemelon, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms below.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.

  • For orders below ₹1000, a standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract an additional fee of ₹20 (if applicable).


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days.

  • Other Cities: 5–7 working days.

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days.
    (Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.)


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes in India.

  • Please ensure exact cash is available at the time of delivery.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions on your account.


5. International Shipping (optional – remove if you don’t ship outside India)

  • Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Charges and delivery timelines vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

  • Customs duties and taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.


6. Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • In case your package is lost or delayed beyond the promised timeline, please contact us and we will assist you.


7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
