At Rosemelon, we want you to love what you wear! If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

Eligibility: Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Timeline: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items: Innerwear, accessories, items purchased on clearance/sale, or customized orders are not eligible for return.

Process:

Raise a return request by emailing us at support@rosemelon.in or via the "My Orders" section on our website.

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you on how to ship the product back.

Once received and inspected, your refund/replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@rosemelon.in.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may still opt for a return once delivered (as per policy).
Exchange

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size/style is not in stock, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
Important Notes

Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our quality check.

In case of defective or wrong items received, we’ll bear the full return shipping cost.
