Return & Cancellation Policy

At Rosemelon, we want you to love what you wear! If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Timeline: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Non-returnable items: Innerwear, accessories, items purchased on clearance/sale, or customized orders are not eligible for return.

  • Process:

    1. Raise a return request by emailing us at support@rosemelon.in or via the "My Orders" section on our website.

    2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you on how to ship the product back.

    3. Once received and inspected, your refund/replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@rosemelon.in.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may still opt for a return once delivered (as per policy).

Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size/style is not in stock, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our quality check.

  • In case of defective or wrong items received, we’ll bear the full return shipping cost.
