Refund & Exchange Policy

At Rosemelon, we want you to love what you purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with refunds and exchanges.

1. Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only on products that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Timeline: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Process:
1. Raise a refund request via email at support@rosemelon.in or through the “My Orders” section on our website.
2. Once the product is received and quality checked, the refund will be initiated.
Refund Mode:
- Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → refunded via bank transfer / UPI / store credit within 7–10 working days.
Non-refundable items: Sale/discounted products, accessories, and custom-made items.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same item (subject to availability).
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and issue a full refund or replacement.
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us photos of the product.

We offer free reverse pickup in serviceable pin codes.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may ship the product back to us at your own cost, and we will refund the courier charges (up to a fixed limit).
