Refund & Exchange Policy

At Rosemelon, we want you to love what you purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with refunds and exchanges.


1. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only on products that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Timeline: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Process:

    1. Raise a refund request via email at support@rosemelon.in or through the “My Orders” section on our website.

    2. Once the product is received and quality checked, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refund Mode:

    • Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → refunded via bank transfer / UPI / store credit within 7–10 working days.

  • Non-refundable items: Sale/discounted products, accessories, and custom-made items.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


2. Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same item (subject to availability).

  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.


3. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and issue a full refund or replacement.

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us photos of the product.


4. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

  • We offer free reverse pickup in serviceable pin codes.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may ship the product back to us at your own cost, and we will refund the courier charges (up to a fixed limit).


5. Important Notes

  • Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

  • Repeated returns from the same customer may lead to account restrictions.

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product clears our quality check.
